benefits, so for health we should make it a habit to eat fruits.
Grapes
Grapes are a delicious fruit and have numerous benefits. Dried grapes are
useful in pain. Drink grape juice slowly for migraines and it will be cured.
Give juice to children and teeth will come out easily. If you feel dizzy
and your mind is spinning, grapes and their juice are useful for reducing
dizziness. Burning its wood and drinking it with water removes kidney stones.
Eat grapes two or three times a day to relieve belching, gas and acidity.
Papaya
Papaya is a priceless gift of God. The juice of its leaves is an effective
treatment for dengue fever and it immediately increases the amount of platelets
in the blood. Papaya fruit is an elixir for stomach diseases. If a boil is
stuck and is not healing, cut a papaya and tie it on it, the dirty material
will soon come out. For spleen swelling, take the pulp of raw papaya and
squeeze black pepper, salt, lemon and feed it. Eating papaya is beneficial for

Pineapple

it. Pineapple is a diuretic. Regular consumption removes kidney stones and all
harmful substances in the body. Feeding it in jaundice corrects the liver
functions, there will be no problem in pregnancy. It eliminates harmful glands
in the body.

Guava

Put fifty grams of guava leaves in one liter of water and boil it well.

In case of nausea, smelling fresh guava fruit removes the nausea and
restores the health. To relieve chronic constipation, eating 100 to 700 grams
of guava in the morning and evening, as desired, will relieve constipation.

phlegmatic nature should always eat guava with black pepper, black cumin, large
